A bit about me
My name is Grant Lee, and I am a NASM and TPI-certified trainer. My mission is to help golfers improve their mobility, strength, and stability so they can play the game we love for as long as possible—without wasting time on workouts that don’t actually translate to better golf.
For me, training isn’t just about looking good in the mirror (though that’s a nice bonus)—it’s about feeling good and moving well. Whether you’re on the course or going about your day, your body should work with you, not against you. With the right personalized programming, you can achieve all of this in a single plan.
I’m a Minnesota native, a die-hard Vikings fan (it’s taken years off my life, I swear—#MostCursedFranchiseEver), and a total golf and exercise science nerd. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me on the course, snowboarding, or on a hike with my black Lab, Stella.
